ABOUT
Learn to recognize the risks of hazardous materials in the workplace and apply the measures to control these risks.
Know that the law and regulations govern the storage, handling, transferring and use of controlled products.
OBJECTIVES
The skills to be acquired are theoretical and will be validated by a test:
- Identify the main risks associated with the hazardous materials used at work;
- Be familiar with the information conveyed by labels and pictograms;
- Know how to interpret the information on a safety data sheet;
- Know how to apply the preventive measures that can mitigate the risks posed by hazardous materials.
PREREQUISITES
Be member.
Have taken the initiation to community life course
