Prevention of Harassment - Keys

Dealing with Misconduct on Set

Length : 3 hours

about

As a person who exercises hierarchical authority, who directs or supervises the professional activities of your colleagues, or who occasionally assumes the duties of the person in authority, you may have to deal with situations of misconduct on the set.

This mandatory interactive course is designed to help you respond appropriately in these situations.

OBJECTIVES

  1. Know your role and responsibilities on the set
  2. Know how to intervene if you witness inappropriate behaviour on the set, and how to stop incivility or bullying
  3. Acquire the attitudes and reflexes to support a person who is the target of incivility or bullying on a movie set
  4. Reach out to the coworker, listen to them, determine their needs and guide them in the actions to be taken
  5. Know the process for reporting an unhealthy work climate that could lead to harassment
    .

IMPORTANT

At some points in this course, you will be asked to work in breakout groups. Make sure you have a space where you can do this.
