This course is for members who are exposed to risks on the job and need to know how to protect themselves.

OBJECTIVES

After completing the course, participants will be tested on the following:

•    KNOWING the hazards in the workplace
•    KNOWING the types of PPE
•    CHOOSING the right PPE for your risk
•    INSPECTING your PPE before use
•    APPLYING the rules for wearing PPE

PREREQUISITES

Must be a member and have completed the Introduction to the Union course.
