Television Department

To become a member of any department, you have to:

Be a member in good standing (have paid the membership dues)
Have completed the session Introduction to the union

Electronic Cameraperson (ECAM)

Have accumulated 90 days of work as an Electronic Cameraperson (ECAM) under Union contract on 2 different productions

Camera Assistant

Have accumulated 90 days of work as an Electronic Camera Assistant under Union contract on 2 different productions

Technical Director

Have taken the Managing a team training
Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Technical Director under Union contract on at least 2 different productions

Technical Coordinator

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Technical Coordinator under Union contract on at least 2 different productions

Key Grip (On-Set) Art Dept.

Have taken the Managing a team training
Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Key Grip (On-Set) Art Dept. under Union contract on at least 2 different productions

Stagehand

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Stagehand under Union contract on at least 2 different productions

Key Mobile Set Up Technician

Have taken the Managing a team training
Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Key mobile Set Up Technician under Union contract on at least 2 different productions

Mobile Set Up Technician

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Mobile Set Up Technician under Union contract on at least 2 different productions

Mobile or Unit Videographer

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Mobile or Unit Videographer under Union contracts on at least 2 different productions

CCU Operator

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a CCU Operator under Union contract on at least 2 different productions

Projectionist

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Projectionist under Union contract on at least 2 different productions

Sound Coordinator

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Sound Coordinator under Union contract on 2 different productions

Sound Manager

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Sound Manager under Union contract on 2 different productions

Video Tape Operator

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Video Tape Operator under Union contract on at least 2 different productions

Video Tape / Slow Motion Operator

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Slow Motion Operator under Union contract on at least 2 different productions

Teleprompter Operator

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Teleprompteur Operator under Union contract on at least 2 different productions

ISO Switcher

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a ISO Switcher under Union contract on at least 2 different productions

Switcher

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Switcher under Union contract on at least 2 different productions

Hall Switcher

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Hall Switcher under Union contract on at least 2 different productions

Back Up Technician (Reality TV)

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Back-up Technician (Reality Show) under Union contract on at least 2 different productions

Assistant Director (TV)

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Assistant Director (TV) under Union contract on at least 2 different productions

Stage Manager

Have taken the Managing a team training
Have accumulated 120 days of work as a Stage Manager under Union contract on at least 2 different productions

Assistant Stage Manager

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Assistant Stage Manager under Union contract on at least 2 different productions

Sound Engineer

Have taken the Formation de base en son training
Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Sound Mixer under Union contract on at least 2 different productions

House Sound Engineer

Have taken the Formation de base en son training
Have accumulated 90 days of work as a House Sound Mixer under Union contract on at least 2 different productions

Key Radio-Frequency Sound Operator

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Key Radio-Frequency Sound Operator under Union contract on 2 different productions

Lighting Designer

Have accumulated 90 days of work as Lighting Designer under Union contract on 2 different productions

Lighting Director

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Lighting Director permittee under AQTIS contract on at least 2 different productions

Follow Spot Operator

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Follow Spot Operator under AQTIS contract on at least 2 different productions

Motorized Lighting Operator

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Motorized Lighting Operator under AQTIS contract on at least 2 different productions

Lighting Programmer

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Lighting Programmer under AQTIS contract on at least 2 different productions

Visual Projection Deisgner

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Visual Projection Designer under AQTIS contract on at least 2 different productions

Visual Projection Operator

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Visual Projection Operator under Union contract on at least 2 different productions

Radio-Frequency Sound Operator

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Radio-Frequency Sound Operator under Union contract on 2 different productions

Jimmy Jib Operator

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Jimmy Jib Operatpr under Union contract on 2 different productions

Connection Operator

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Connection Operator under Union contract on 2 different productions

Monitor Sound Engineer

Have accumulated 90 days of work as a Monitor Sound Engineer under Union contract on at least 2 different productions
